Our Clean Ingredients

We make food using whole food ingredients that are unprocessed and unrefined or processed and refined as little as possible.

  • Ahi tuna (wild-caught) - an amazing source of protein and a good source of Vitamin B, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, vitamin D, phosphorous, selenium, and magnesium.
  • Black beans - the antioxidants, fiber, protein, and carbohydrates in black beans make them nutritionally powerful.
  • Black tea has antioxidant properties, improves metabolism, boosts heart health, and improves gut health.
  • Brown Rice - the bran and germ, the two outer layers of brown rice, contain most of the vitamins and minerals in the grain. Those layers get removed when manufacturers make white rice, and that's why brown rice is the healthier choice.
  • Cabbage - cabbage belongs to the brassica genus, which includes broccoli, cauliflower, and kale. It's packed with nutrients while being very low in calories. Studies show eating cabbage may help reduce inflammation, protect the immune system, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
  • Calamansi - also known as Philippine lime, boosts immunity, helps retain skin and muscle health, has anti-inflammatory properties, helps the body eliminate mucus, and flushes out toxins.
  • Carrots - good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin k1, potassium, and antioxidants. They have been linked to lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health.
  • Cheese - we use a block of pepper jack and cheddar cheese. We avoid pre-grated cheese because it contains preservatives meant to keep the shreds from clumping together in the bag.
  • Chicken - good source of protein. Iron and zinc, which are important for a healthy immune system, are present in much higher quantities in dark meat than in white meat.
  • Coconut oil (100%) - a saturated fat which means it is highly resistant to oxidation at high heat. The fatty acids in coconut oil called MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides) contain many health benefits.
  • Coconut sugar - compared to white sugar, it contains more vitamins and minerals. It also has a lower glycemic index which makes it a healthier alternative for people with diabetes.
  • Cookies - our tahini dark chocolate cookies are baked fresh daily in our kitchen.
