GorillaBowlZ Refund Policy
At GorillaBowlZ, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every meal. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for meals that are incorrect (e.g., wrong order) or damaged upon delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To qualify for a refund, the original meal and receipt must be provided.
2. How to Request a Refund
- If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at lorrie@gorillabowlz.com
- When contacting us, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any photos if applicable.
3. Refund Process
- Once we have reviewed your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- We do not offer refunds for meals that have been consumed or for issues that are outside of our control (e.g., delivery delays due to third-party delivery services).
- Refunds are not available for orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong item ordered).
5. Modifications and Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 10 minutes of placing the order. After this period, cancellations or changes may not be accepted.
